A first appointment as a test will be offered to you free of charge. This will allow a first assessment which will be the starting point of our collaboration and will allow to compare  the results later on obtained throughout the sessions.

Each person being different I propose an adapted and personalized method which will suit each single person. The only common rule being to always match movements with breathing. My objective is to let you appreciate the physical efforts to enjoy interior body results which you will see outside….

Formed at health center BALINAIS and CALIFORNIEN I propose this moment of pleasure and relaxation which might be preceded or not by a sportive session…this is a health treatment including pétrissages, shiatsu points and light touching which will give you a lot of relaxation and well feeling…This is in no case a therapeutic massage nor similar, just a moment for relaxing which will last between 1 hour and 1 hour and a half.
